신청대상은 사법시험,행정고시,기술고등고시,공인회계사시험,세무사시험,기술사시험 또는 이에 준하는 국가적 시험에 합격한 자, 국제규모,전국규모의 각종 학술 및 예체능분야의 경연 또는 공모전에 우수한 성적으로 입상하여 학교의 명예를 높인자, 교내외 각 분야에서 특별한 봉사활동이나 선행을 하여 타의 귀감이 되고 학교의 명예를 높인자, 국내외적으로 연구,교육,봉사활동 및 우리대학의 발전에 현저한 공헌이 있는 교직원, 학교발전에 현저한 공로가 있거나 학교의 명예를 현저하게 높인 외부인사 등이다.
